Abstract

This study aims to determine the potential of kindergarten in organizing inclusive education in Lowokwaru District, Malang. This study also intends to examine the implementation of inclusive education in school institutions that have not received the label "inclusive school", because not all students with special needs can take education in inclusive schools or special schools (SLB). This study uses a quantitative survey method based on the Index for Inclusion in the form of a questionnaire. The findings of this study are that kindergarten in Malang has the potential to hold inclusive education with an average score of 113.47. The results of this study can be a suggestion for kindergarten institutions to pay more attention to all components which supports inclusive education so that students receive rights and the same opportunity.
