Abstract

Resource efficiency is closely related to working capital management. SMEs must be able to carry out the development of their daily activities, which combined with their work experience supports the fulfillment of the goals and objectives set in their planning where the use of ICT is a priority to be able to survive. This study aims to identify the working capital efficiency strategy needed to respond to the impact of the ongoing pandemic on SMEs in Batu City by implementing ICT to improve their performance. This research is important because these findings can result in more than an exploration of the main factors that lead to entrepreneurial success, about the meaning of successful women entrepreneurs as well as a more comprehensive theory of entrepreneurship in future research and how this success can last in the future. One strategy that can be done is to identify the working capital efficiency strategy needed to respond to the impact of the ongoing pandemic on SMEs in Batu City with the implementation of ICT to improve their performance.
