Abstract
This study aims to describe the planning, implementation and evaluation of Arabic communication programs at the modern Islamic boarding school Arafah Sungai Penuh. The research method used in this article is a descriptive qualitative method, in which researchers obtain data from observations and interviews which are then analyzed for data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results showed that in planning the Arabic language communication program used in the modern Islamic boarding school Arafah using an interactive approach. The program planning process is carried out by all asatidz and caregiving boards which are then approved by the Podnok leadership which includes: program planning, scheduling, and activity budgets. The implementation stage of the Arafah modern boarding school applies several strategies, namely: learning Arabic in the classroom, bi'ah lughawiyah, ilqaul mufradat, muhadasah, and muhadara. For the evaluation stage, Directional modern Islamic boarding schools carry out daily, weekly, and monthly evaluations.
