Abstract
The development of research in the field of financial industry triggers researchers to examine customer behavior in choosing and using financial services that Islamic banks offer. Although various studies are developing that discusses customer behavior about interest in using financial services in Islamic banks, there are still some gaps related to the involvement of the affective mechanism of the customer's positive attitude towards the interest of Islamic bank customers. This study aims to focus on the role of the provision of SPN variables on the path of the influence of LK and KL on MJK. Research uses customer samples using bank and non-sharia financial services in Indonesia as many as 102 respondents. The analysis tool in this study uses Partial Least Square (PLS) to facilitate the estimation for structural models that involve more than two main variables. The results of this study found that SPN could fully mediate the influence of LK and KL on MJK.
