Abstract

The focus of this study is to measure the effectiveness of the use of interactive learning media for maharatul istima' learning, which was developed from Arabic textbooks according to KMA 183. The textbook does not yet provide interactive multimedia, so students still find it difficult to understand Arabic material, especially listening skills. This type of research is development research (R&D) which is carried out in 10 stages, namely (1) analysis of potential and problems; (2) data collection; (3) product design; (4) design validation; (5) design revisions; (6) product trials; (7) product revisions; (8) trial use; (9) product revisions; and (10) production. The data sources of this study were obtained from interviews, questionnaires, and tests, while data analysis used the "t-Test". The results showed that maharatul istima' learning to students using interactive learning media was very effective. This is seen from the test analysis using the t-test, obtained t-count 5.0009 and t-table 1.6955. So the t-count is greater than the t-table. This means that H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted.
