The general objective of this research is to describe the performance of teachers implementation of learning and analyze the management of teacher performance evaluation in improving the performance of Teachers. This study uses a qualitative approach through descriptive analysis method with observation, intervew and documentation techniques. G.R. Terry."Management is a typical process aimed at achieving a goal effectively and efficiently." Competence is knowledge, skills, and abilities that are mastered by someone who has become a part of him so that he can perform cognitive, affective, and psychomotor behaviors as well as possible. The results of the study show that:1)Management of evaluation Implementation has entered the criteria for programs in performance implementation teacher, 2) The evaluation is in accordance with the established procedure by means of the facilitator conducting an assessment (supervision) at the end of the lesson, 3) The obstacle is the lack of ability of the principal to supervise effectively and the lack of motivation from the teacher himself, 6) The solution is that the principal provides motivation and encouragement to teachers to be enthusiastic in improving their performance. The conclusion in this study is that the management of teacher performance assessment to improve the teacher performance in Modern Islamic boarding school Al-Iman Ponorogo has been carried out properly and can improve the quality of education.
