Abstract

This study aims to determine the management of recruitment of Arabic teachers at Pondok Tahfizh Putri Darul Mubarok Curup (DMC) and to determine the management of selection of Arabic teachers at Pondok Tahfizh Putri Darul Mubarok Curup (DMC). The research method uses a qualitative descriptive approach with a case study type of research. In collecting data, the researcher serves as the main instrument for conducting human instrument observations, interviewing school principals, vice curricula, teachers and heads of administration (KTU) as well as documentation. The results of teacher recruitment at Pondok Tahfidz Putri Darul Mubarak Curup are carried out every school requires new teachers and in line with the increase in the number of students. This happened because the growth of Pondok Tahfidz Putri Curup was very fast with more students every year. With the growth of schools that are getting better with innovation and change, they are increasingly in demand by the community
