Abstract
The teaching and learning of the Arabic language demand in different countries of the world, and at the same time face a number of problems and difficulties that affect the success of the educational process, and this leads us to work and to fold the arms to overcome the difficulties. But now with the spread of modern electronic media, and the sweep of the internet blogs and sites specialized in Arabic, the adaptation of these means and their integration into the educational process is a modern necessity, which imitates the reality of the times and conforms to its requirements, which requires researches and specialists to strive hard to make the teaching of Arabic language and learning in electronic media is available to all the target audience, and to benefit from its software and digital technologies supported by advanced learning technology with all applications that fit the curricula and decisions of teaching Arabic to non-native speakers.
