Abstract
This study aims to find out: 1) musharakah financing mechanism, 2) turnover before and after musharakah financing, 3) effectiveness of musharakah financing in improving the welfare of traders at BMT Al Hikmah Semesta Pujon Branch. This research uses qualitative with a case study approach. Data is obtained from two data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. Data analysis uses triangulation techniques sourced from reduction, presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of this study show that the implementation of musharakah financing mechanism is in accordance with the pillars and Islamic law. One of the advantages is that traders do not need to go to the office, but the office that serves their place of trade. Then for the turnover of traders before and after financing musharakah, it varies, there are members who change drastically, there are also slight changes. So it can be said that for the turnover of traders who get musharakah financing, it is seen how much capital is needed. Meanwhile, musharakah financing is said to be effective for the welfare of traders. Judging from the success of the business run by traders such as an increase in income and profits that are useful in daily needs.
