Abstract

Laporan penelitian ini merupakat output penelitian ilmiah dengan pendanaan PMU UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim tahun 2022-2023. Laporan penelitian berisi hasil pengembangan produk halal dari ekstrak etanol 70% daun Kenitu (Chrysophyllum cainito L.) yang diketahui mengandung senyawa fitoestrogen sehingga berpotensi sebagai antiosteoarthritis. Ekstrak etanol 70% daun Kenitu di formulasikan dalam bentuk tablet. Adapun parameter yang diamati adalah profil metabolit, serta aktivitas antiinflamasi dan antinosiseptif.
