Abstract

This study examines the effect of organizational culture and burnout on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with saturated samples obtained by 45 respondents. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian menggunakan bantuan software SmartPLS. The results of the study show that organizational culture partially has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. Burnout partially has a significant negative effect on job satisfaction. Organizational culture partially has a significant positive effect on employee performance. Burnout partially has a significant negative effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has no significant effect on employee performance.
