Abstract

The development of information and communication technology has created fundamental changes in the learning paradigm, especially in the world of education. Technology-based learning resources have a crucial role in supporting the learning system.This article discusses the concept of learning resources, with an emphasis on the application of information and communication technology in libraries as learning resource centers. Implementation of a library automation system, such as INLISLite version 3, is considered a solution to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of library management. The case study was carried out by implementing INLISLite version 3 as a library automation system. Classical training methods are used, with a focus on developing the skills of school library management staff. Training activities include introduction, installation, administration, management of library materials, member management settings, transactions and services. The research results show an increase in acceptance of information systems after training. This study contributes to the understanding of the implementation of information technology in the context of libraries as learning resource centers. Implementing INLISLite version 3 in school libraries is considered a strategic step to create an efficient library.
