Abstract

The essence of worship involves the physical and spiritual. The value of worship involves beliefs, attitudes, and actions reflected in the implementation of worship. The importance of knowing wisdom when worshiping can prevent someone from boredom and spiritual hydration in carrying it out. This research aims to analyze the value of worship from the perspective of Isyraqi al-Maqtul philosophy. The method used is a qualitative method with a literature review approach. The results obtained 1) Suhrawardi's main teaching, namely reality, lies in essence, symbolized by the level of gradations or hierarchies of light, which depend on the distance to the light. To achieve knowledge as the concept of isyraqi requires proof of ratios and spiritual experience. 2) Worship includes external and internal dimensions and will be reflected in the value of worship obtained, depending on the intention, sincerity, elements of love, and awareness of a servant to God. 3.) The concept of Isyraqi illumination shows the position of a servant to God. Man must be aware of his essence, endowed with reason and heart, rationality and spirituality, to reach the nature of humanity and divinity within him.
