Abstract

This research explores the integration of Islamic spiritualleadership and e-leadership in improving the quality of education inmadrasahs. Islamic spiritual leadership emphasizes ethical, moral andspiritual values as the basis for decision-making and daily actions. In thecontext of madrasahs, this leadership not only aims to achieve academicexcellence but also create an environment that supports learners' spiritualdevelopment. This research supports the theory that effective leaders inIslamic education inspire and motivate through exemplary worship andgood morals, as exemplified by the Prophet Muhammad. E-leadershiputilizes information and communication technology to facilitate thelearning process and school management. Using PLS-SEM analysis, thisstudy found that madrasah principals who combine spiritual values withtechnological capabilities can create a school culture that is more adaptiveand responsive to change. The analysis showed that Islamic spiritualleadership significantly affects the quality of education, with the mediatinginfluence of E-leadership. The integration of these two approaches enablesmadrasahs to remain relevant in the digital age, increase accessibility andflexibility in the learning process, and ensure education rooted in strongIslamic values. This research provides a foundation for the developmentof effective leadership models to improve the quality of education inmadrasahs in the digital era.
