Abstract

This research using the Technology Acceptance Model method which can help in evaluating the extent to which MSMEs implement peer-to-peer lending in their operations and how the use of this technology affects their business performance and growth.. This study uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data in this study were obtained directly through the process of filling out questionnaires by MSMEs in Malang who use Peer to Peer Lending or Online Loans (Pinjol) services. This study determined the sample using the snowballing sampling technique and received a total of 192 respondents. This study uses two data analysis techniques, namely descriptive statistics and inferential statistics. Researchers processed data using quantitative data analysis techniques using a structural equation model based on Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study showed that perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on perceived usefulness. Perceived ease of use has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use. Perceived usefulness has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intention to use. Behavioral intention to use has a positive and significant effect on actual system use.
