Abstract
Increasing anxiety among teenagers today is a serious problem. Although the causes vary, most of this anxiety is caused by a fear of failure. Many of them are also very worried about what other people think of them, and there are even cases where teenagers who have good family situations experience anxiety. Several studies indicate that dhikr can be effective in reducing anxiety. This research aims to find out how effective dhikr psychotherapy is in reducing adolescent anxiety. This research uses the literature study method and collects literature data from scientific articles, journals, and also textbooks obtained from Google Scholar. The stages of implementing journal analysis are looking for the most relevant references, reading each study's abstract to assess its suitability to the problems discussed in the research, noting important and relevant parts of the research problem, and making notes that are arranged systematically. Based on the literature review that has been carried out, it can be concluded that various studies show that dhikr is an effective method of reducing anxiety levels in teenagers. This phenomenon of dhikr will help reduce anxiety levels because dhikr provides peace of mind and can reduce feelings of fear, worry, and anxiety.
