Abstract
Al Quran is the most perfect book of Allah in terms of other books. It has rich and factual information in the form of beautiful verses. In the verses of Quran that are so complex, there are some meanings that are difficult to understand. Therefore, in the Quran there are several sciences that aim to interpret or analyze all the contents contained in the Qur'an. Muhkamat and Mutasyabihat verses are part of the science of Quran which is an interesting object of study. Muhkamat verses are some verses that have a clear meaning and can be understood by some scholars. On the other hand, Mutasyabihat verses are verses that are difficult in terms of meaning due to their vague meaning and need to be clarified by mufassirs or scholars. Similarly, Fawatih as- suwar is a science of the Quran that studies the meaning and interpretation of the opening sentences of the surah. Scholars and mufassirs conducting research on the Quran with the approach of several sciences is not uncommon, this is what provides strong evidence of the great privilege of the Quran for Muslims. And also make us all realize that we as humans still have limitations in our minds.
