Abstract

Professionalism of teachers is still a problem and the internal aspects of the teacher rarely to be followed critically. Power teachers learn less attention as a major point in the achievement of teachers’ professionalism. This article presents arguments which assert that the professionalism of teachers must start from the teacher. Islamic Perspective and modern management studies related cultural learning is premised arguments in this article. The findings of this study revealed that teachers need arguments to be able to develop power assisted learning has been held as an adult with self-concept and experience. This article has implications for patterns related to improving the professionalism of teachers (1) the need to establish a new mindset about professional teachers and professionalism of teacher enhancement program that sees teachers as adult humans, (2) the need for hierarchy and assistance programs and the professionalism of teachers and (3) the existence of reward and punishment as an appreciation for the performance has been demonstrated.
