Abstract

This study aims to analyze the performance expectancy, effort expectancy, social influence, facilitating conditions, hedonic motivation, price values, habits, and experience on behavior intention and use. This research is a quantitative study, with a sample of 190 respondents from MSMEs in Malang City, Malang Regency, and Batu City. Using the snowballing sampling technique, the researcher processed the data with quantitative data analysis techniques using a Partial Structural Equation Model. Least Square (PLS). This study shows that performance expectations have a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions. Performance expectations do not influence behavioral intentions, and their effect can be ignored. Social influence has a positive and significant effect on individual behavioral intentions. Facilitating conditions do not influence behavioral intentions. Facilitating conditions do not influence usage behavior. Behavioral intentions have a positive and significant effect on behavior. Hedonic motivation has a positive and significant effect on behavioral intentions. Price value does not influence behavioral intentions. Habits do not influence behavior. Experience cannot mediate the relationship between facilitating condition with behavioral intention.
