Abstract

Inclusive education is a global agenda for realizing social justice and respect for human rights. The Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (CRPD), adopted by the United Nations General Assembly in 2006, affirms the right of persons with disabilities to receive education without discrimination within an inclusive education system. Similarly, the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), particularly Goal 4, emphasize the importance of providing quality and equitable education for all, including those with disabilities. In Islam, the principles of justice ('adl) and compassion (rahmah) mandate that every human being has the right to receive education without exception, as enshrined in numerous verses of the Qur'an and Hadith. Therefore, inclusive Islamic education does not merely follow the demands of modernity, but is a manifestation of Islamic values ​​that honor every human being as a whole.
