Abstract

This community service initiative sought to bolster the business acumen of coffee farmers in Puspo Village, Pasuruan, by providing training focused on fundamental financial recordkeeping and product branding. The program employed a participatory and hands-on methodology over a two-day period. Participants acquired foundational skills in creating daily cash reports, designing logos, developing packaging, and crafting digital promotional materials for their coffee products. Evaluation of the program revealed a significant increase in participant knowledge and practical application. This was evidenced by improved post-test scores and tangible outcomes, including the establishment of new local brands and increased engagement with social media for promotional purposes. The program suggests that a practice-based training model is an effective approach for empowering farmers, fostering a competitive product identity, and broadening market access for local coffee products.
