Abstract

The reality is that waqf has a strategic function for the welfare of the community. Besides being an instrument of worship, waqf also has an economic dimension that has the potential to give rise to disputes. This paper is the result of research aimed at mapping waqf disputes in religious court decisions in Indonesia, with the hope of providing preventative solutions.
