Abstract
This research was conducted to examine students' perceptions of consumer behavior in online shopping activities and identify factors that influence these tendencies. The approach used was descriptive qualitative with data collection methods through in-depth interviews with six students of the Management Study Program at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang who were selected using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis process followed the Miles and Huberman model which includes data reduction, data display, and conclusions drawing. The study findings revealed that students' consumer behavior in online shopping is influenced by three main factors, namely efficiency and convenience of shopping, consideration of price and product quality, and the influence of trends and digital media. Students' perceptions of consumer behavior are divided into three forms, namely self-control in shopping, emotional and social drives, and uncontrolled consumption.
