Abstract

In the international law concept, the goals of concessions belligerent to a group are to protect and carry out humanitarian principles. So that each individual involved in the dispute will get their rights, accordance with international humanitarian law and human rights principles aren’t contravene. ISIS or other movements like Hammas and Ikhwanulmuslimin organization have lots of status in international law. When the status was appointed, there were implications to international regulations concerning the rules of war and humanitarian law. The literacy method was used when the authors write this article. The authors explore several of literacy enforcement provisions belligerence status and freedom of movement in international law. The conclusions of this paper are giving belligerents status or national liberation movements have various legal consequences. Sometimes, lots of countries are reluctant to provide status on political grounds. Although the International law is the law at the international level made by the collective will of states, but in reality is far from ideals. The big problem is international of law is can’t be force to be implemented in the entire country. So all countries have a choice between the must follow or reject that’s rules. These are reasons why the international rules only like the extent of international norms. There is also the opinion that international law is the mob rule in a modern world
