Abstract

The Title of this book is “Exigesis of Conflict Resolution (Discovering Effort of Interaction Management Model and Religious Deradicalization: Perspective of the Quran and The Constitution Of Medina)”. Etimologicaly peace means calmness; quiet; freedom from civil disorder; bringing one self back into friendly relation, and the simple meaning of Peace is absence of war. In the Quranic terminology, peace is explained with terms such as al-salam, al-rahmah, al-hub, al-`afwu, al-islah, al-sabr, al-ihsan, al-safh, al-amnu, al-ta`aruf. This study is concerned with the Quranic studies. The objectives of this research are: identification of Quranic verses which have relations with terminology and principles of peace in the Qur'an; the description of The Constitution of Medina's content and its validity; finding the relation between The Constitution of Medina with peace principals built by Qur'an. The primary sources of this research are al-Qur'an al-Karīm bi al-Rasm al-`Uthmānī or Mushaf `Uthmānī and The Constitution of Medina. Through this study, the writer attempts to explore the Quranic principles of peace and Its relationship with the Constitution of Medina. In order to achieve the objectives of this research, the writer employed several methods such as method of topic determination, determination method of kind the study; data collection method, data analysis method, approaches of the study, and the study steps. Through this study the writer found that The Constitution of Medina is built on the Quranic principles of peace such as: (1) principle of tauhid. (2) humanistic principle such as root or origin of human creation, human as a slave of God; universal human brotherhood, human rights. (3) principle of interaction management such as dialogue; tolerance, and cooperative (ta`awun). It’s hoped that this study will introduce the fact that both Qur'an and The Prophet teach all human being to build peace and harmony life in the world, do not kill each other, terminate terrorism and the all kind of violences.
