Abstract
Asset Based Communities Development (ABCD) is a model approach to community development. This approach emphasizes the inventory of assets contained within the community that are seen as supportive of community empowerment activities. The synchronization between the availability of social assets and the work program of the KKM becomes the determinant of the success of the ABCD method. One of the programs of KKM UIN Malang Maulana Malik activities in the village of Bulukerto, Batu, in order to improve the welfare of the community is the making of rose syrup
