Abstract

This study aims were: 1) to know the direct effect of Islamic Leadership on Islamic Performance, 2) to know the direct effect of Empowerment on Innovative Work Behavior, 3) to test the role of Empowerment as mediation the effect of Islamic Leadership on Islamic Performance, 4) to test the role of Innovative Work Behavior as mediation the effect of Islamic Leadership on Islamic Performance.
