Abstract

This research aimed to develop an integrated Science-Islamic geography teaching materials for students of grade X Madrasah Aliyah (Islamic Senior High School) at the standard of competence to analyze the dynamics of the hydrosphere and its influence on life. The development procedure refers to the method of Dick & Carey adapted to the curriculum of 2013 model. The subject of the trial, namely (1) a team of experts (subject matter expert, linguistic expert, learning design expert, and Quran/Hadith expert and (2) A geography teacher and students in grade X MAN (Public Islamic Senior High School) 1 Malang and MA (Islamic Senior High School) Hasanuddin, Siraman, Blitar. The results of the study, namely (1) the integrated Science-Islamic geography teaching material for the grade X MA meets the standards deserve to be published and (2) improvements suggested by the results of expert validation and field trials covering aspects language, media, evaluation, and display of text books.
