Abstract

The main of this study was to examine the online business in view maqashid shariah, with a case study on the service provider Go-Jek. Maqashid based on sharia, business service providers using technology applications can be done by referring to the realization of the benefit, maintaining the regularity of life, the realization of peace-justice, and universal values of Islam. Islam links the economic concept, in particular the market, the role of government has an important role in creating the ideal conditions (fair) so that economic activity can work well without the element of exploitation and injustice.
