Abstract

As the really example about social studies teacher improving their learning quality to face the AFTA 2015, and how the application of several reference and theory which has display in this paper, can observ the result of research by Mila Febriani as follow:19 a. The effort of teacher in improving learning quality of social science are teacher develop the content of subject or we can call teacher to be a good educator, teacher as facilitator means that teacher can facilitated student by having a good method and media while teach in the class, teacher as motivator, as teacher must able to evoke student spirit and bury weakness his or her student ability, then joining some activities that can increase their insight and knowledge, and the last the effort of teacher in improving learning quality of social sciences is teacher as evaluator means that reflecting on their own learning process about the excess and weakness of teacher, they can ask student or headmaster opinion. b. The result of teacher in improving learning quality of social science for the student, student more understand well about the subject and student have nice studying in the class, eventhough some of them still left behind, enhance student motivation they have big spirit to study social sciences subject and for teacher it can enhance their insight either from the intruction, method, and some problem about social sciences subject.
