Abstract

This research focuses on both spiritual and trustworthiness quality on the terms of al-qawiyun and al-amien in Sura al-Qasas (28), Verse: 26. This study uses the methodology of interpretation, especially the thematic interpretation. The main object of this study is al-Quran al-Karim called Mushaf `Uthmani. The research will explore many verses associated with both terms. This research found that the Quran gives special concern to the problem of human resources. According to Prophet Shoaib and his daughter, the quality of human resources not only has the intellectual quality, but of course must be supported by the spiritual qualities and trustworthy qualities. In short, this study is perhaps the first that reveal in detail about the Quality of Human Resources from the Prophet Shoaib's perspective. Hence, the finding of this study could assist the researchers to develop a theory of the Quality of Human Resources from the Islamic perspective.
