Abstract

Based on the results of interviews and observations of kindergarten teachers in Srengat Subdistrict, Blitar District. The data were obtained that the time period of promotion to teachers requires a relatively long time. This is because the teachers have difficulty in making scientific work. This workshop aims to improve the professionalism of teachers in compiling scientific work, especially in the preparation of classroom action research (CAR) reports. The methods carried out in conducting the workshop activities included lectures, technical guidance during the preparation of proposals, as well as technical guidance in report writing. After the workshop the teachers who took part in the activity were able to determine the CAR title, prepare CAR proposals, and write CAR reports in accordance with the rules of scientific writing.
