Abstract

This study aims to: (1) describe the advantages and disadvantages of whatsapp media-assisted drill methods, and (2) find out the implementation of learning to write Arabic with whatsapp media-assisted drill methods and (3) find out the changing conditions after using whatsapp-assisted drill methods. This research is descriptive. Data obtained through observation and examinations. Researchers process these data as did Lexy Meleong. The researcher focused on this research on the learning process and learning to write Arabic sentences using whatsapp's media-assisted drill method. This study shows the results that (1) learning to write Arabic sentences using whatsapp media-assisted drill methods in the psychology faculty of UIN Malang has advantages in terms of increasing student grades. Even so, the eligibility requirements to use the whatsapp-assisted drill method are the drawbacks. (2) Implementation in learning consists of preparation, steps and evaluation. (3) psychology students at PKPBA have good abilities after using whatsapp-assisted drill methods.
