Abstract
This module can be used to evaluate the potential success of an individual to use and understand Standard American English at a college level. It is required for non-native applicants at many English-speaking colleges and universities. In this Listening session, students will hear a short conversation involving two people; this conversation is followed by a question. It is important to understand that the answer to this type of question is more often (but not always) found in the second line of the conversation. This one is to try to understand the negative expression commonly used for TEP test.
