Abstract

Education policy and its implementation discussed in this paper consist of: (1.) Inclusion; (2.) CBI/Cerdas Bakat Istimewa (gifted children education); (3.) PAUD/Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (pre-school education); (4.) BHP/Badan Hukum Pendidikan. These issues are dynamic nowadays so that this paper explores them through the perspective of education philosophy.
