Abstract

Laboratory minibank useful for forming SDI in accordance with the needs of the banking industry. A managing director of one of the leading Islamic banks in Indonesia. Minibank lab is a means of supporting learning for students in applying the theory obtained. The laboratory is expected not just to give an idea or a simulation of how the operations of Islamic financial institutions work alone. But is expected mahasiswawa can apply some of the knowledge they have learned as contract design, calculation of profit sharing, accounting, management and so forth. Given this special formula is required in order to optimize the role of mini laboratories bank.
Based FGD with stakeholders El Dinar Finance House it can be concluded that for the required use of a uniform majoring in Islamic Banking in order to improve the lives of young professionals on the board of El Dinar Finance House, holding school Fiqh to administrators El Dinar Finance House in an effort to strengthen knowledge in the field of contract that used in operating activities, holding of assessment and coordination carried out periodically, held a comparative study on other financial institution in order to attract inputs are positive, the formulation of the product which is the result of collaboration between El Dinar finance House and lecturer at the Faculty of Economics UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, in cooperation with the Student Association of Islamic Banking and formed a team of social fundraising "PBS Charity", held a fundraising "PBS Charity". Strategies that can be used for El Dinar Finance House is a market penetration strategy, product development strategy and the strategy of stability.
