Abstract
UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is working towards a World Class University, one of the efforts is by conducting a Multiligual Program course, in this course two languages are taught: Arabic and English, and the teaching lecturers are entrusted to the Language Development Center. In this course, the teaching materials relevant to the objectives and character of the course participants are needed to maximize the learning and teaching process. This study aims to determine the steps for developing bilingual communication teaching materials using the ADDIE model development and to determine the feasibility of the material. The development model used is the ADDIE model, namely Analiyze, design, development, implementation and evaluation. The instruments used were questionnaires, documentation and interviews. The data were analyzed by using qualitative descriptive analysis techniques and quantitative statistical analysis. The results of this study were three expert validation tests, namely 1) The results of the expert test of Arabic language materials were 83.5% which showed that the development of bilingual communication teaching materials was in very good qualifications, 2) The results of the expert test of English materials were 83.5% which shows very good qualifications, 3) the results of the learning design expert test are 78.4% which shows that this teaching material is in good and valid qualifications.
