Abstract

objective this research was to measuring and prove: 1) the influence of social responsibility as the implementation of Sharia Enterprise Theory to customer satisfaction and 2) the influence of satisfaction on customer loyalty. This research is explanatory using quantitative approach. The population used in this research is Bank Muamalat Malang Branch. Methods of data analysis used in this research is SEM The results showed that social responsibility conducted by Bank Muamalat Malang Branch as the implementation of Sharia Enterprise Theory influence to increase customer satisfaction. Customer satisfaction influence to increase customer loyalty.
