Abstract
Faculty of Humanities Maulana Malik Ibrahim State Islamic University of Malang has undertaken the benefits to the administrative staff of civil servants performance. In the time, that benefits are earned by the employee based on the position level and discipline (employees working hours when they come and leave the office). Whereas, the benefits should be given based on the employee performance appraisals (government law No. 46/2011). To minimize inequality (inequity) in providing benefits, the employee performance appraisals are needed. The aims of this study was to determine the measurementt of the performance assessment criteria (work performance) using Analytic Network Process (ANP) and get performance value using rating scale. ANP method is used to determine the measurement criteria of work performance, whereas the assessment of work performance used rating scale method. The findings showed work performance criteria are service orientation (0,243), commitment (0.214), integrity (0,199), discipline (.180), and collaboration (0.165). Based on the findings for the performance evaluation of 7 civil servants administrative staffs at the Faculty of Humanities can be divided into three categories, one person has very high (A) performance, 4 people have high (B) performance and 2 people have the performance as standards (C).
