Abstract
This Research Discuss about responsiblities of leaders of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim in an attempt to provide access to different ability in perspective of law No. 8 year 2016 about people with Disabilities. Subject matter which is examined are (1) What are respons of policy makers in UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in order to provide acces to ppeople with disabilities? and (2) how is site plan of bulding of UIN maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to create the inclusi campus in order to provide acces to people with disabilities based on Law Number 8 Year 2016 perspective?
This research is empyrical research, located on UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. This reseach used juridical sosiological approach which are consist of statue approcah and conceptual approach. Kind and data sourcecs consist of primary legal material, secondary legal material, and tertiary legal material. Primary data collection techniques with interviews and observations directly in the field, secondary data with the study of librarianship and tertiary data obtained from the General dictionary, legal dictionary, ensiclopedia etc. Technique of data analysis is done using the method of "juridical qualitative analysis" that dotted on the starting on "juridical reasoning".
From result of this research can be concluded that respones of policy makers of UIN Malulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in order to provide acces to people with disabilities is policy maker from rektorat and dekanat have good responses about Law Number 8 year 2016 which provide acces to people with disabilities to get their opportunity to study in university. These good responses are shown by many supports that will they give to create UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang to be inclusi campus and friendly toward students with disabilities, it is proven by the planing to build the 3th campus of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in Tlekung Vilage Batu Town to be inclusi campus. Site plant of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim campus to manifest the inclusi campus in providing access to people with disabilities perspective of law No. 8 year 2016 that the UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang as institution had also been composing mainly related to plan the development of the campus. Planning arrangement of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang developments which friendly to students with difabilities will be beginning when build 3th campus. There are several planing stages i.e construction planning supervision and physical. In that arrangement stage, site plan of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang campus hes been formulated as friendly building to students with disabilities. It means that this campus will give acces to students with disabilities, begining from giving facilities and infrastructures.
