Abstract
School generally has Arabic subjects in it. But there are some School that prioritize language as their trademark. Various Arabic programs are expected to be able to improve students' language skills. However, many Arabic programs do not work well due to lack of ability to move the program. Mobilization has an important function in implementing the program that has been prepared. This mobilization at least includes leadership, communication, supervision, and motivation. The purpose of this study is to find an effective model of implementing Arabic programs in Islamic Senior High Schol. The method used is descriptive qualitative. The results showed that leadership, communication, supervision and motivation determine whether a planned program runs.
