Abstract

This study aims to investigate the influence of gender and personality on customer ratings of service quality Islamic banking. The research is quantitative research to examine the effect of all variables simultaneously and partially. Research using accidental sampling of customers of Islamic banks The BTN Syariah , BNI Syariah , Bank Muamalat Indonesia, BRI Syariah and Bank Syariah Mandiri. The results of this study indicate that gender and personality on the evaluation of influential clients simultaneously on Islamic banking service quality. There are three variables that affect partially on customer ratings of service quality is gender, extraversion, and agreeableness. The other three variables Openness Conscientiousness, and Neuroticis are not partial effect on customer evaluations of service quality. Gender has a dominant effect on customer ratings of service quality Islamic banking in Malang .
