Abstract

There is a phenomenon that indicates that the language can be learned for non-native speakers effectively and quickly, using the Amtsilati method as much as six months in their learning. The objectives of this research are three, (1) describing the steps of implementing Amtsilati method at the Dar al-Falah Institute, (2) describing the factors affecting the implementation of Amtsilati method among the students of dar al-Falah Institute, and (3) describing the impact of this method on the advancement of the competence of students at the Dar al-Falah Institute. The approach of this research is qualitative and qualitative. And Data were collected through observation, interview and written documents. And The data were also analysed by collecting, sorting, displaying and deduceing data. The results of this research are: (1) There are two types of steps used for this method: the steps within the classroom that are implemented throughout the study and the steps used outside the classroom, which are the creation of a language environment that helps to implement the method inside the classroom (2) and the factors that affect the completion of the implementation of Amtsilati method among the students of dar al-Falah Institute are the implementation of steps, the presence of textbooks and the creation of the language environment. (3) This method has influenced the implementation of the optimal method among students of dar al-Falah Institute in upgrading their language competence, their participation in the Arabic lesson and additional activities. (3) This method has affected the completion of the improving of their language competence, their participation in the Arabic lessons and additional activities among the students of dar al-Falah Institute. The conclusion of the research shows that Amtsilati is an effective method of learning Arabic with as sufficient time as six months.
