Abstract

Being the first is difficult, and being the first is an exercise. This describes the present edited book written by the first batch of Master Degree students at IAIN Kediri. The anthology of ELT research review is the compilation of the students’ works from Critical Review of Research on ELT course. It would be their initial valuable contribution to the ELT current issues regardless the limitation of the product. ELT has diverse angles to approach. The diversity has been captured in this anthology covering topics on English for Special Needs Learners, Technology in ELT, The Significance of Learning Contract, Reward and Punishment, Teacher Professional Development, ELT Teachers’ Competences, ELT Strategies and Its Problems, and Language Assessment. By capturing various topics, the writers and readers would have wider horizon leading to their research interest. It is expected that this anthology could be intellectual resource for ELT practitioners to improve their teaching and researching
