Abstract

This research aims to (1) describe how to manage the housing program at Al-Raya University, as all students of this university are Sakini within the university and speak Arabic in his journal.(2) Describe the driving factors for the implementation of the program management in Al-Raya University dormitory. The researcher chose a qualitative approach to this research, and the research method is descriptive, and used the qualitative analysis method presented by Mehlis and Hoberman, which consists of three stages: sorting data, presenting it, and inferring from it. The first result is that the management of the housing program at Al-Raya University is carried out through four stages: The management of the housing program at Al-Raya University is carried out through four stages:(1) planning,(2) organization,(3) implementation, and (4) monitoring. The second, as for the factors affecting the implementation of the housing program management, are:(1) the existence of the environment prepared for student housing at Al-Raya University,(2) the presence of the administration and the student body who cooperate with the housing supervisor, and (3) the existence of arranged and organized housing systems.
