Abstract

As humans evolved, societal norms and expectations did as well. To understand the significance of human existence, we must consider how each person influences the world around them. The actions of each individual have a significant impact on society, especially in extreme situations like those caused by COVID-19. The spread of COVID-19 has had far-reaching effects on society. This chapter surveys existing and developing information technologies and explores how to classify all aspects of human life during COVID-19 using various information technologies. This chapter also addresses post-pandemic challenges that remain despite the progress made in information technologies such as Artificial Intelligence (AI), blockchain, Augmented Reality (AR)/Virtual Reality (VR), and the Internet of Things (IoT).
