Abstract

ABSTRACT
The independent curriculum policy, which is considered a step in achieving quality education, is still far from being understood by education stakeholders. So, the aim of this research in community service is assistance (workshop) in developing learning management in actualizing the independent curriculum at An-Nur Senior High School Malang. The research method uses an action research model which is useful for facilitating and motivating the school community, especially teachers, to be able to develop appropriate strategies and methods to solve teachers' problems in developing learning management in the implementation of independent learning and preparing action plans based on priorities and program sustainability through stages to achieve the expected target. As a follow-up to the implementation of Community Service in the form of learning assistance in implementing the independent curriculum at An Nur Bululawang Senior High School, Malang, the school needs to increase insight and understanding of the independent curriculum through holding workshops that are practiced directly by highly qualified tutors and facilitators. So that the national goal of education through the implementation of the independent learning curriculum will be achieved and able to create graduates who are competent in accordance with developments in science and technology to date.

Kebijakan Kurikulum merdeka yang dianggap sebagai langkah dalam menggapai pendidikan yang berkualitas masih jauh dari pemahaman para stakeholder pendidikan. Sehingga tujuan penelitian dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini ialah pendampingan (workshop) pengembangan manajemen pembelajaran dalam mengaktualisasikan kurikulum merdeka di SMA An-Nur Malang. Metode penelitian menggunakan action research model yang bermanfaat untuk memfasilitasi dan memotivasi agar komunitas sekolah khususnya guru-guru mampu menyusun strategi dan metode yang tepat untuk memecahkan permasalahan para guru dalam mengembangkan manajemen pembelajaran pada implementasi merdeka belajar dan menyusun rencana aksi berdasarkan prioritas, dan keberlanjutan program melalui tahapan-tahapan hingga mencapai target yang diharapkan. Sebagai tindak lanjut dari penyelenggaraan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat dalam bentuk pendampingan pembelajaran dalam implementasi kurikulum merdeka di SMA An Nur Bululawang Malang, sekolah perlu meningkatkan wawasan dan pemahamantentang kurikulum merdeka melalui pelaksanaan workshop yang dipraktekkan langsung oleh tenaga tutor serta fasilitator yang sangat mumpuni. Sehingga tujuan nasional pendidikan melalui penerapan kurikulum merdeka belajar akan dapat dicapai serta mampu menciptakan lulusan yang kompeten sesuai dengan perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan dan teknologi sampai saat ini.
