Abstract
Mobile banking is one of the many innovations that exist in the banking industry. It is hoped that the existence of mobile banking will make it easier for customers to carry out transactions anytime and anywhere without having to come directly to the bank.Customers' decisions to use mobile banking are influenced by various factors. Therefore, this research is aimed at determining the influence of convenience, service features and sharia financial literacy on the decision to use BSI mobile with interest in using it as a mediating variable. This research is a type of quantitative research using associative research methods. The number of samples taken was 105 customers who used BSI mobile in Malang Raya, which were taken using non-probability sampling techniques.The collected data was analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling-Partial Least Square (SEM-PLS) with SmartPLS version 3 software.The results of the research show that convenience and sharia financial literacy partially do not have a significant effect on the decision to use BSI mobile. Meanwhile, service features and interest in using them partially have a significant influence on the decision to use BSI mobile. Convenience, service features and sharia financial literacy partially have a significant influence on the decision to use BSI mobile.
