Abstract

Non-formal education is one of the educational pathways that plays a crucial role in the development of human resources. To ensure the quality of education, the implementation of a quality control system is essential—not only in formal education, but also in non-formal educational institutions. This paper aims to analyze the concepts, models, implementation steps, instruments, as well as the challenges and solutions in applying a quality control system within non-formal education institutions in Indonesia. Using a descriptive-qualitative approach based on literature study, it is concluded that the quality control system must be participatory, sustainable, and data driven to have a positive impact on service quality and public trust.
