Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the development of culinary infusion textbooks into social studies learning. Knowing the validation of the team of media experts and material experts. Student responses to textbooks on culinary infusion into social studies learning. The method used in this research is development research. The subjects in this study were teachers, practitioners, validators, and students. The results obtained that first, the development of interactive learning media based on E-Books in terms of design, namely: color variations, moving graphics, and many menu displays. In terms of content, it should be clearer, more accurate, and more detailed. The language used in the E-Book media is simple, dense, and easy to understand. Second, Feasibility after being validated by validators from two teams of experts, namely media experts (95.3%) and material experts (97.3%) showed that the Culinary Infusion textbook into Social Studies Learning was categorized as "very feasible" to be used as a reference in social studies learning. Third, students gave a positive response to the development of the Malang Raya Culinary Infusion textbook into Social Studies Learning with a score of 95 percent, this is categorized as "very interesting". As a result, student responses indicate that the development of the Malang Raya Culinary Infusion textbook into Social Studies Learning can attract students' attention and increase their interest in learning, and the language used is simpler and easier to understand.
